Live Action News has story of arrest and sentencing of Gosnell sidekick ii grisly abortion mill in PA. He got 6-12 years. The prosecutors argued for a lengthier sentence because although he quit, he did nothing to report the conditions to the authority. I still blame pro abortion Governor Tom Ridge who stopped clinic inspections. He got the lighter sentence due to cooperating with authorities....
Massof, along with eight other employees, was charged in 2011 for his work with Gosnell andpleaded guilty to murder late that same year. Although he faced first-degree murder charges, he opted to plead guilty to third-degree murder in exchange for his testimony.
And that testimony contained horrific accounts of babies born alive only to be killed by having their necks snipped with surgical scissors.
This is what happens when politicians aid and abet the abortion industry by not enforcing the laws on the books. Now tell me again, PP and NARAL how you are so concerned about the safety and health of women. You knew and did not report...you continued to refer to Gosnell's House of Horrors.

One of my Facebook friends posted a pic of her ultrasound. It's a girl! Congratulations! What a beautiful clump of cells!!
But Jezebel finds the viewing of an ultrasound so outrageous that she wrote a column about it. What is wrong with women being fully informed of the developing life in the womb? PA has become the 7th state to mandate that women seeking abortions be given the opportunity to view their "products of conception" or " just clump of cells" prior to having an abortion. Not required....just the opportunity!! Shriek!!!
"Position the screen so that the patient is able to view the ultrasound
test in its entirety, with a view of her unborn child, while that test
is being conducted to determine gestational age... [However] the patient
is not required to view the screen."
She further is incensed that a copy of the ultrasound is offered to the women. Whatever happened to "Trust Women." Maybe that should be Trust Uninformed Women Only!! What do the abortion friendlies have against informed consent.
"What I find profoundly insulting is that these men and women on this
bill think their own voters, who they assume are smart enough to vote
for them, can't figure out what their own pregnancies are about and are
too stupid…or evil to handle it themselves ... If they can't handle
their own pregnancies, certainly they're not qualified to vote for these
people who are on this bill, and they should never vote for any of
them."
Do you get her twisted logic? Anything that slows down abortion by allowing the women to consider the FACTS of what they are doing is forbidden??
Jezebel is trying to figure out a slogan to fit on the back of a bumper sticker outlining her objections to this bill.

Listening to the memorial for victims of Flight 93 that lost their lives on 911....as they read each name and rang a bell they included an unborn child. Good for them. I did not get the name of the mother but am glad that someone had the sensitivity to recognize that life as well. This is a small victim of the violence of that day.
This a long but excellent read by Life Training Institute on the outrage of the events being publicized by the grand jury indictment of Dr. Gosnell in PA and the attempts by the abortion industry to down play this. What LTI clearly informs us that the very agencies charged with oversight are complicit in these murders as they deliberately ignored and refused to get involved because of the concern that they may interfere with a woman's right to abortion. How can they sleep at night? I note that NARAL recently graded the state of PA as a D and complained of too many regulations around abortions!!
LTI notes that the regulatory agencies have lawyered up to protect their butts and how having a pro abortion governor contributed to this atrocity by refusing to take action....they are complicit. So when someone says they are pro life but don't want to get involved in politics...let me tell you this is what you allow. I have been around the block and seen much but this grand jury report complete with pictures was more than I could stand. While Naral only regrets the deaths of the mothers, the birthing of babies live and slitting their necks and comparing the writhing dying babies to chickens with their necks cut off is more than I can stand. The saving of the feet of the babies as in a foot fetus reeks of insanity but as LTI points out he had a staff doing this as well. Were they all insane? Here are some excerpts:
"Not even when an organization that supposedly operates to protect the
rights of women to have safe abortions walked in the door, evaluated the
practice, and determined it to be the worst abortion facility they had
have ever seen. They all knew something bad was happening and all of
them did nothing to stop it.
Pennsylvania is not a third-world
country. There were several oversight agencies that stumbled upon and
should have shut down Kermit Gosnell long ago. But none of them did,
not even after Karnamaya Mongar’s death.
Per the report, they issued a license in 1979 to perform abortions,
showed up for on-sight inspections in 1989 (10 YEARS LATER!!), 1992, and
1993. Every visit produced violations and in every instance he was
allowed to continue as long as he promised to “fix it.” But in 1993 all
sight inspections stopped so no follow up was done. Why? Page 9:
Instead,
the Pennsylvania Department of Health abruptly decided, for political
reasons, to stop inspecting abortion clinics at all. The politics in
question were not anti-abortion, but pro. With the change of
administration from Governor Casey to Governor Ridge, officials
concluded that inspections would be “putting a barrier up to women”
seeking abortions. Better to leave clinics to do as they pleased, even
though, as Gosnell proved, that meant both women and babies would pay.
A doctor from Children’s Hospital of
Philadelphia hand-delivered a complaint, advising the department that
numerous patients he had referred for abortions came back from Gosnell
with the same venereal disease. The medical examiner of Delaware County
informed the department that Gosnell had performed an illegal abortion
on a 14-year-old girl carrying a 30-week-old baby.
Only after the raid occurred, and the
story hit the press, did the department choose to act. Suddenly there
were no administrative, legal, or policy barriers; within weeks an order
was issued to close the clinic. And as this grand jury investigation
widened, department officials “lawyered up,” hiring a high-priced law
firm to represent them at taxpayer expense.
