Wife charged with manslaughter after giving husband loaded gun and he committed suicide.

What a dreadful story from FL. The man was only 51 and his wife 56. They were married for seven yrs. but obviously bickering had become a part of their routine. The man was drunk (blood alcohol tests show twice the legal limit for driving) and the reason for fight was his failure to take his blood pressure medication. Now she is charged with manslaughter. This may seem over the top, I would never give a loaded gun to anyone but he may have used it on her since they were bickering and he was drinking. Not  a smart move all around but is this manslaughter? What do you think?

Tired of their bickering and her husband's complaints that he wanted to die, an exasperated Cutler Bay woman asked him if he wanted his pistol.
Yes, he replied -- so she fetched the weapon from another room and tossed it on the couch next to him, police said.
Then he shot himself, fatally, in the head.
Prosecutors said Valerie Jenkins (pictured) "engaged in a course of conduct that was gross and flagrant, showing reckless disregard for human life'' by giving the loaded gun to her intoxicated husband.
