TN Fusion Center lists ACLU as suspicious

The Tennessean had a brief article today about the ACLU's  letter to school officials warning against singing Christmas carols and having Christmas celebrations stating that it would not be inclusive to those who do not celebrate this federal holiday. In fact  national TV spoke of this and  two lawyers agreed that the letter was implied threat to the school districts. I wrote about it here. Now our TN Fusion Center is  trying to explain the the ACLU why they are on a "suspicious list."  This put them up in arms and they demand an explanation. Well if pro lifers are on some watch list why not them?

Well Judson Phillips had a little fun with this on his blog.

"Tennessee has something called the Tennessee Fusion Center.  The purpose of the center is to help state agencies pool data and analyze information about possible terror attacks.
The Tennessee Fusion Center listed the American Civil Liberties Union Chapter of Tennessee on its Internet map, listing it under “Terrorism and other suspicious activities.
Anyone has been on the receiving end of the ALCU’s jackbooted assaults on American freedoms, they might well agree with the assessment.
The ACLU, of course, immediately went nuts.   To their executive director, the listing was deeply disturbing.

Personally, I think it is very accurate.

Pro abort raises money with gruesome Christmas ornaments mocking the dead baby and sending proceeds to Planned Parenthood

My heart breaks not only for the aborted human beings now the subject of ornaments on a Christmas tree but for every post abortive man and woman whose heart grieves as other poke fun of killing. A disgusting website is advertising the sale of abortion ornaments poking fun at abortion. A real hilarious subject during this season and stating that a portion of the sale will go to Planned Parenthood...the nation's largest abortion provider. What a fund raiser. They also boast that sales are brisk and they are almost sold out. The ghoul is shipping these out of Atlanta. Here are some of the gruesome things for sale... Chum Baby...being being fed to fish....Manager scene with dead baby Jesus....Baby Blues...maybe died from saline abortion.....Deformed baby cigarette case...Still birth...and on and on.
No, I am not giving the website....don't want to give them any free advertisements. Pro aborts and PP should be so proud!

"Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer meets dead baby jokes with this wonderfully tasteless piece. Baby measures about 2 1/2 inches and is made of soft plastic. It hangs from a handmade wire coathanger."

"A portion of ... proceeds will be donated to Planned Parenthood."

TN ACLU: We wish you a Merry Christmas NOT

From the Tennessean (who by the way thought Hedy Weinberg pictured left should be considered Tennessean of  the Year last year... and the TN state legislature ended up honoring her at the end of the session when Senator Haynes snuck in a resolution in the waning hours)

The American Civil Liberties Union of Tennessee has warned school officials across the state about holiday celebrations. So my 6 yr old grandchild who has been practicing her We wish you a Merry Christmas for the pageant is in violation? Get a life Weinberg! I know Christmas this year is on a Saturday but I know since it is a federal holiday the ACLU offices are closed on Christmas Day. I bet that this year the offices will be closed on Friday to celebrate the federal holiday of Christmas.

"In a letter to the 137 public school superintendents, the group reminded them that holiday celebrations focusing primarily on one religious holiday amount to a school's unconstitutional endorsement of religion."
"The ACLU sued the Cheatham County school district last November because the organization said the system promoted and endorsed a number of religious activities."

Abortion for Christmas: Giving so that others may die

Abortioneers laments that an unplanned pregnancy at Christmas  time is a terrible thing.  Think of a mother crying because she may not be able to give gifts to her born children unless she offs their sibling. Amazing, so they suggest that you help out this mother by donating a paid abortion  for her. Is that the best we can do?  Then they list all the places you can go to donate money to pay for someone's abortion. This gives new meaning to the season for giving....

"I have talked to women who had to pawn their kids' Christmas gifts to raise money to pay for their abortion. There is nothing more heartbreaking than listening to a woman cry because she cannot provide for her children, even at Christmas."
