PA abortionist says he cannot afford a lawyer ,may face a capital murder case

Dr. Gosnell of  the House of Horrors in Philly said he and his wife could not afford a lawyer despite his large real estate holdings. The judge denied his plea for free representation saying he had assets in the millions. They are also considering whether  this will be a capital murder case. Gosnell must be confused. He is literally allowed to get away with murder for years and now they are throwing the book at him.
