No tax exemption for aborted babies....so this proves the pro abortion logic??

Back  from Tanzania and onto a couple of days of jet lag......but the silliness abounds from people over at abortion gang as in this post.

Why the IRS is pro choice.......

Every time I prepare a tax return I find myself shaking my head over the strangeness of the war over abortion. Did you know that a child, as defined by the Internal Revenue Code is one that is born alive? There is no exemption provided for a stillborn baby, or for a fetus as of December 31.

Duh! An exemption is for someone you  support or intend to support....... not take out....as in ending a life....as in abortion...but that got me to wondering....do the people who have "live birth abortions"  have the audacity of claiming a dependent because the baby lived for some minutes and/or hours after birth....probably not!  Hard to explain to others what happened.....would our esteemed POTUS who supported live birth abortions , argued and defended them while in the IL State Senate....vote PRESENT on such a bill allowing for an exemption for children butchered under theses circumstances??

Rep Pruitt:Not a human fetus...what kind of fetus will they be talking about......??

Good question Representative! Why the confusion and consternation over a simple straightforward bill  (HB 3286-Casada) that says that when there is an unintended death of a fetus (Latin word for offspring) of at least 20 weeks gestation and 350 grams,  a certificate of stillbirth can be issued upon request of the parents. The Dept. of Health rep. testified  currently they only issue a report of fetal death (stillbirth) and this bill brings TN into compliance with the US National model recommended by the CDC and is done by 30 states. End of story....No.!!!!

Rep. Sherry Jones (D) Nashville  wants a convoluted amendment added to assure that there is no trick and does nothing to interfere with abortion on demand!!! She introduces a strange amendment that has even her pro choice colleague Pruitt  confused...

"provided, however, such defined terms shall not include a human fetus, regardless of the viability of the fetus and shall not be applied in cases involving acts by the pregnant woman, a medical procedure performed by a medical professional, a lawfully prescribed medication.”

What on earth??  Doesn't the word unintended mean unintended! This is not about abortion. This is not a trick,  like the word  abortion is written in invisible ink that will appear later... Yikes!!!
what does she mean by prescribed medication....surely not RU 486?? at 20 weeks!!!

Why would Rep. Casada agree to such a strange amendment....when his amendment is straightforward  and does not address abortion....
