Susie reported in (Prolifer)ations April 6 about the
"at home abortion kit" mailer presumably sent from the Pro-Life Action League
to scores of pro-lifers and pro-life groups across the country.
The FBI is now involved, as are postal authorities, investigating this federal offense of mail fraud. Fox News Chicago carried the story last night. Matt at PLAL reported:
The mailer markets 1 at-home abortion kit for $400 or 3 for $1k. They are advertised to "break down the fetus into bio-waste in a mere ten minutes... [to] be disposed of down the toilet, down the drain, or into a compost heap because it is completely safe for the environment... up to the eighth month of pregnancy," according to Corrina at PLAL.
The mail originated from Carol Stream, IL, a western suburb of Chicago. PLAL is located on Chicago's north side.
