Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled against Planned
Parenthood in a fraud case in CA:
The
allegation is PP affiliates in CA illegally marked up the cost of
various birth control drugs when seeking government reimbursement,
resulting in tens of millions of dollars of over-billing - at taxpayer
expense. State audits in both CA and WA have found PP
affiliates guilty of over-billing.
Mark Crutcher points out how easily
pro-life advocates can fall into the trap of using inaccurate language
