Rick Santorum finds that "remarkable" for a black man to say? And that it's not even debateable? Let's take a look at what was asked and how Obama responded:
At what point does a baby get human rights?"

Saying it was "above my pay grade" might have sounded flippant but what he actually said is true particularly if the . The answer is not clearly defined by science or religion. And it is highly debatable.
I'm so glad Santorum no longer represents my state.
