Then why do these same abortion rights people have a problem with these?

It’s NOT her complaint exactly of aborting unborn “brown” babies. It’s having the absolute right to have these babies for the purpose of gaining social welfare hand-outs and entitlements others pay for … and possible reality TV shows.
Also, explain why it’s the republicans pushing to defund the abortion factories of Planned Parenthood, whose services are aimed at minorities.

PP's services aren't "aimed" at minority babies Susie. There just happens to be the most need there: a disproportionately high number of unwanted pregnancies and poverty accounts for a disproportionatley high demand for abortion among minorities. Furthermore the demand for PP's primary services, contraception and sexual health, are needed more due to a higher rated of uninsured amongst lower income minorities. All this accounts for a greater presence of PP in this areas.
