Abortion gang puts a price tag on life....$11K....

How much is a life worth? Well Nonny on Abortion Gang has put a price tag on it? $11K......

She points out that according to her "research" that women are discriminated in the workplace anyway based upon their gender when stacked up against men with equal education and experience and the woman who is a mother is even discriminated more. This nugget of knowledge was shared in   a conversation with a friend who is married and financially secure and  practicing bc but stated if she did get pregnant that she would not abort because it would be a abortion of convenience ...which she found unacceptable. Well Nonny must educate her that there is not such thing as an abortion of convenience.
In a study using identical resumes for 2 women, participants consistently rated the mother as 10% less competent and 15% less committed than the non-mother. Only 47% of mothers compared with 84% of non-mothers were recommended for hire as head of the marketing department for a start-up communications company. Not only that, but the mother was docked in her salary by a whopping $11,000 (Correll, Benard & Paik, 2007).
Nothing about those statistics is a matter of convenience. I do not believe that any abortion can be said to have be done for mere convenience sake when mothers face this sort of discrimination. This is not even about career advancement, but simply hiring. The fact remains, if you are a mother you are less likely to be brought in for an interview, less likely to be hired, and you are going to be paid less. How can the inability to get interviews, get hired, or get paid be considered matters of convenience? The fact is abortions for convenience sake are a myth.
There you have it from Nonny. The price of a life of her own offspring....$11K. On her timing or you are snuffed out.  She is after all a bottom line type of gal.
It  is all about me.....getting hired, promoted and a raise. Wouldn't you want her to be your mom?

PC Police offended ...not by abortion but by the using the word in vain

Oh this is rich....PC police are offended that the word abortion is thrown around carelessly and used in vain. They agonize that using the words to describe something bad will reflect poorly on those who have had abortions, make their living performing abortions or pols who support abortions with their votes.  Ya, think!!

Yes, lets keep the word hallowed so as not to cast a "stigma upon this important component of hallowed justice." Recently in TN, they had newscasts about schools teaching anti  bullying classes and telling students not to use the word retarded even if their intent was not mean. Now they are going to have to have classes to teach them to say the word abortion with the respect that it deserves. Say why do they call  themselves the Abortion Gang...sounds like they are using the term loosely and without the reverence  it deserves. I agree with them....abortion is not a punch line or a joke. How about this.

ABORTION KILLS CHILDREN

 from http://abortiongang.org/2010/10/thats-so-abortion/

It seems like every decade has its non-PC, misused term to indicate failure.  The ’90s had “gay” and the ’00s had “retarded” and now it seems that ’10 is starting off this decade with “abortion,” as in “that movie was an abortion” or “you’re a failed abortion.”  While “retarded” meant something that does not work before it was used to describe the mentally handicapped, and “gay” referred to being happy before it was used to describe a sexual orientation, “abortion” has always meant ending a pregnancy – and it is the only word for it.
Sure, there are hazy euphemisms and oblique references like “taking care of a problem” and arch terms like “intentional miscarriage” or “termination of pregnancy,” an abortion is an abortion – period, which means that every time someone refers to a bad driver as a “failed abortion” they push abortion – and every reproductive justice activist, woman who has had an abortion, doctor who performs these procedures, and pro-choice politicians  further out of the realm of mainstream acceptance.  We don’t need the word “abortion” to become more used unless it is used to describe a procedure to end a pregnancy.  I would rather the term “abortion” remain spoken out loud only in the safe haven that clinics and select OB/GYN offices have become than be bastardized by those ignorant individuals prone to outrageous overstatement and exaggeration.  And yes, that is what you sound like when you use words like “gay” and “retarded” and “abortion” to describe what you don’t like – ignorant and ridiculous.
People know hundreds, maybe thousands of words to describe how they feel about their day, their week, their friends, family, the television shows they watch, the music they hear and the world they interact with, from the time that we are mere toddlers.  So why resort to using inaccurate terms that make you sound like an idiot, and stigmatize an important component of reproductive justice?
