FLOTUS to China...will not address forced abortions, sterilizations in favor of youth empowerment

Why should we be surprised that the First Lady, Michelle Obama, will not address the one child policy, forced abortions and forced sterilizations on her upcoming trip to China.

“We don’t think that the first lady should make this a focus at all of her trip,” Rhodes said. “This is a very different purpose. This is the purpose, again, of building those people-to-people connections; of reaching out to young people in China, broadening the ties between our two countries. So we’ll continue to raise those issues in all of our diplomatic contacts with the Chinese. I think the first lady’s message and I think her — the nature of her visit is quite different.”
Rhodes told the conference call that Mrs. Obama’s visit to China will “focus on people-to-people relations” as well as education and “youth empowerment.”

It would be laughable for her to abandon her radical support of abortion on demand to lecture China on their policies when her and her husband's abortion support is just as extreme. Besides they depend too heavily on the campaign contributions from the nation's promoter and provider of abortions....Planned Parenthood. However, I choke on the youth empowerment lingo.

Maafa 21 distributed at AME convention featuring Michelle Obama.....

Cross Posted from Charlie Butts - OneNewsNow - 7/8/2012 3:35:00 AM

A pastor in the African-Methodist-Episcopal Church is expressing some disappointment following his denomination's recent national convention.

Joseph Parker, pastor of Trinity AME Church near West Point, Mississippi, attended the convention in Nashville, where First Lady Michelle Obama was the keynote speaker. He shares that the convention dealt with various issues, some that would be considered political in nature.

"Personally I'm disappointed at the fact that the life issue really, to my knowledge, was addressed little if at all in the general conference," Parker tells OneNewsNow. "This issue is a huge issue as it relates to our culture as a whole and the black community in particular, but I find that it wasn't addressed much."

Parker was part of a small group that distributed about 1,600 copies of Maafa 21: Black Genocide in 21st Century America, a DVD that carefully documents how Planned Parenthood and other abortion-dominated organizations target minorities -- and specifically, African-Americans -- for abortion services.

Joseph Parker"We think of the fact that lots in the African-American community wouldn't think highly of an organization like the KKK, but the reality is Planned Parenthood kills more African-Americans in two weeks than the Klan has killed in its whole 150 history," notes Parker. "And so it's important that people in the African-American community become aware of how dangerous the organization of Planned Parenthood is."

The AME pastor points out that the Obama administration gives more than a million dollars a day to Planned Parenthood.

The issue of same-sex "marriage" came up, according to Parker, and one delegate took exception on the floor to the position President Barack Obama has taken in favor of same-gender marriage -- and made a motion in favor of reaffirming the denomination's clear, biblically based position on the subject and that denomination officials quietly share that statement with the president.

While that motion failed, Parker says at least the AME churches stance on traditional, biblical marriage will remain the same.

FLOTUS: says "let's move"....college students walking across US for LIFE....

The First Lady has as her motto..."Let's Move"...well these young people are moving....Bryan Kemper tells about 52 college students who will spend the summer walking 20 miles per day, sleeping in RV's and eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches as they walk across our country to be a  witness for life.

They are moving for a cause and our abortion supporting FLOTUS should  take notice. Hope she does not object to the sandwiches!

FLOTUS: my body, my choice....with abortion but not food !!

Michelle Obama like every first lady before her,  has a platform. Hers is to fight childhood obesity.
No one would argue that we have an obesity problem in this country and it does sometimes start in childhood. Most people applaud her  program when it includes leading by example, raising awareness and education. But some thought she had taken it too far with with advancing  regulations to food manufacturers, restaurant menus and taxing high calorie products.

So I  as I was hearing the libertarian style rants of don't tell me what to do with my body and it  reminded me of Michelle's strong pro abortion stance. One writer took her on with his I am pro choice obesity article.

I believe he is on to something here. FLOTUS is right in there with the "my body, my choice"  crowd and spouts that "govt. does not have the right to tell me what I can  or cannot do with my body"....two of the favorite shrieks of her "pro choice" cronies. She has even been called radical in the abortion support in  that she has called partial birth abortion a legitimate medical procedure

So can the govt. intervene when it is in your best interests.? If so why can't the govt. intervene to save a life?  Is Michelle being hypocritical or is she compartmentalizing or has she just not thought about it?  What do you think?
