Talk about a witch hunt.....you only have to report statutory rape if there harm to the child and the treating dr. can use his/her discretion to determine if harm to the child exists....Kline: what?? child has been raped, gets pregnant and has an abortion and you are deciding whether or not there has been harm?

Of 166 known cases of underage rape and PP reported 1 and Tiller reported 1. So in all the other cases including a 10 year old no "harm" to the girl has been reported. PP and the late Tiller hid behind the privacy argument between dr. and patient. Let the patients come!!! Bring them in....age is no barrier....bring cash please!!
