Fetus endangerment or child endangerment...which is it?? I wonder if she said she was on her way to the abortion clinic they would have charged her.
Memphis area woman four months pregnant is stopped for drunk driving and is charged with child endangerment to her unborn child. The news reports both in print and on TV news uses child and fetus interchangeably. Interesting that she was below the limit for TN statue on viability.
